An evening for works in the making at Public Art Lab
As part of Vorspiel 2026 initiated by transmediale & CTM celebrating Berlin’s independent art spaces, Public Art Lab invites you to Boiling Media Art on 31st January.
This was not a showcase of finished works, but a shared moment of becoming: emerging media artists opened their processes, experiments, and questions across sound, audiovisual, performance, visual, and research-based practices. Feedback unfolded as dialogue, moving fluidly between contributors and the audience.
Public Art Lab presented Future DiverCities, and demonstrated how sensitive mapping and narrative approaches can explore the relationships between the park and the river, their ecosystems, and the surrounding communities. Soup, tea, conversation — and ideas simmered together.
